Booking Policies

  • 💳£10 non-refundable deposit secures your slot — it comes off your total on the day.
  • ⚠️24 hours’ notice to cancel or move. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
  • ⏰More than 15 minutes late and I may need to shorten or cancel your appointment.
  • 🏡Private studio — the full address is sent when your appointment is confirmed.
  • ✔️50% or more lashes remaining counts as an infill. Less than that is a full set price.
  • 🛡️Allergies or medical changes — please tell me before your appointment, always.
  • 📞Any concerns within 48 hours, message me. Aftercare at home is the client’s responsibility.
