Do you take new clients?
Yes! New slots are released regularly — keep an eye on my socials for dates
How do I secure my appointment?
A £10 non-refundable booking deposit secures your slot. This comes off your total on the day.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours notice. Deposits can’t be refunded but can be transferred to a new date with 48+ hours notice.
Do you do removal appointments?
Yes — removal appointments are available and recommended to keep your natural lashes healthy.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Nottingham — full address and parking details are sent once your appointment is confirmed.
How long do appointments take?
Full sets typically take 2–2.5 hours. Infills take 1.5 hours — exact timings confirmed at booking.
What happens after I enquire?
I’ll reply within 24 hours via text or email to confirm availability and next steps 💫
